What orders are eligible for free shipping?

Free Standard Shipping will automatically be applied to all eligible merchandise orders totaling 999 L.E or more shipping to one address only. Eligible purchase amount is the total transaction for merchandise and gift-wrap products after any coupons or other discounts, and does NOT include taxes, shipping costs or purchases of gift cards. Valid only on merchandise orders placed online at uniformgw.com, official mobile apps. Valid only on qualifying orders shipped to a street address in the contiguous Egypt or Egypt Territories, a PO Box address in the contiguous Egy or a E.g. PO Box. What is the shipping fee for orders?

A Flat-Rate Standard Shipping Fee (plus any applicable taxes) will be applied to all eligible merchandise orders totaling less than $40 shipping to one address only. Eligible purchase amount is the transaction total for merchandise and gift-wrap products after any coupons or other discounts, and does NOT include taxes, shipping costs or purchases of gift cards. Valid only on merchandise orders placed online at uniformgw.com. official mobile apps. Valid only on qualifying orders shipped to a street address in the contiguous E.G. or E.G. Territories, a PO Box address in the contiguous Egypt or a Egypt PO Box . Not valid on any Express or Rush Shipping service. Not valid on previously purchased merchandise. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

We cannot ship one order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship items to separate addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

What is Standard Shipping? (FedEx, Egyptian post, Local shipping)

Orders placed using Standard Service will typically be delivered 7 to 10 business days from the date you place your order, subject to item availability, credit authorization and address verification. Final mile delivery for Standard Shipping will be usually completed by USPS or FedEx. In certain markets, regional carriers will complete delivery. Most expedited services are completed by (FedEx, Egyptian post, Local shipping).

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking details and carrier information. Please keep in mind that tracking details may not be available for 24-48 hours from shipment time.

Although you may receive an Order Number, in-stock items will only be shipped once the order is processed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. This process may delay your shipment and could result in your order being canceled. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.

For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Saturdays- Thursdays, excluding Egypt holidays.

Additionally, during peak timing, large sales events or Egyptians holidays, there may be delays in processing time which will impact the above shipment estimates. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. If your order is delayed, you will receive an email. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.

What is Express Shipping?

Express Shipping orders placed before 11am Saturday – Thursday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship on the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Sundays through Thursday excluding Holidays).

Express Service is only available for orders shipping to a street address in the contiguous Egypt, Express Service is not available for orders shipping to a PO Box, and some areas.

Yes! Locate the ‘Ship To’ flag at the bottom of the page to view a list of available countries with international shipping. Please note that our free shipping and flat-rate standard shipping policies and fees do not apply to international orders.
