4. Custom Orders (Tailoring & Logos)

  • When ordering customized uniforms (such as adding a company logo or tailoring to specific measurements), the customer must provide the measurements and designs accurately.
  • Customized products (embroidered or printed with special logos) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The customer bears full responsibility for any errors in the measurements or colors provided to the Company.

5. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the website are in multiple currencies and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable..
  • The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of the actual order completion will be applied.
