Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Uniform GW

At Uniform GW, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following terms:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are not available for:

    • Customized or personalized items (including embroidery or special printing)

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Items returned in worn or damaged condition (unless defective)


2. Refund for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the defective item(s)

  • If verified, we will issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit, including shipping costs if applicable.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items with custom embroidery, name tags, or personalization

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part)


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  2. Await instructions and Return Authorization (RA) details.

  3. Send the item back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.


6. Partial Refunds & Deductions

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or apply restocking fees (typically 10–20%) in cases where:

  • Returned items are not in original packaging

  • Tags or accessories are missing

  • Items are returned after the allowed return window


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
